The principal is liable for his own errors and omissions, as well as those of his appointees, particularly for the resulting consequences:
– By packaging that does not conform to the agreed transport requirements
– by inaccurate, imprecise or missing information in the shipping mandate, on the packaging or on the object of transport, particularly with regard to goods which, because of their nature, are not accepted for transport, or are accepted only under special conditions, or whose transport is subject to special requirements
– by the lack or late delivery of necessary documentation, such as commercial invoices, customs documents, permits, etc….
