European Agreement on the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road
ADR is the European agreement concerning the international carriage of dangerous goods by road. With the ADR Directives, a Europe-wide regulation governing the transportation of dangerous goods by road was passed. ADR establishes which goods are to be considered dangerous, the rules for packaging and labeling, and the safety requirements for the relevant means of transport.
